Ordered 2 shirts, one arrived. I complained that I was shorted a shirt. Both shirts the same. A second shirt finally was sent a week or so later. Problem solved, right? Wrong! A third shirt mysteriously appeared shortly after the second. Thanks! I kept it to make up for the inconvenience. No point in returning it anyway.
