I had received This Watch as a gift about 2 years ago and it was great!But, my toddler got a hold of it and really damaged the face.Sooo, i decided to purchase it againWhen i received the watch i noticed that the watch looked identical EXCEPT for the band, it is really cheaply made.The rubber band is extremely flimsy and CHEAP!.What I decided to do is take the band from my old damaged watch and installed it on the new one i ordered through Amazon.So it worked out for me, but I definitely would have returned it if i did not have the extra band.The old band was a hard sturdy rubber, but the new one is CHEAP!Prior to purchasing the watch, like every good consumer, I did an online research on the model and the company that produced the watch. Other consumers had mixed reviews about the Invicta brand, mostly good, but the main complaint was their customer service. With this in mind, I still decided to take the plunge, figuring that it was only a little over a hundred dollars and the watch appeared to be well made. Other reviews made by other Amazon members who purchased the same product were mainly positive. I also really liked the design of the watch. Well, the product eventually arrived and boy was I glad that I made the purchase! The watch looks and feels well made. I've worn cheapo watches before and this watch was far from it. The materials used seem to be top notch. The face is a little bigger than the other watches I own, but it makes the watch more noticeable and doesn't affect its purpose. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase! Now I'll just have to wait and see how the watch holds up after HOPEFULLY years of use.Sporty, confortable, very elegant and it does catch the eye of even people not really interested in watches. Nices, features, not quite pleaced with the glow in the dark accents, but nothing I couldnt live withoutUpdate:I had to return the watch due to humidity build up on the inisde. Quite dissappointed, I have always used Invicta products, in that same line EXCELLENT service from Amazon who did a refund on the item. I still feel its an unsual situation for an Invicta.I keep the 4 star rating because I do believe in the product, and both the warranty from invicta and the promt service from amazon made it a great buyI was surprised at how nice this watch looked once I opened the box. The pictures online do not do it justice. The watch has a nice weight, look and feel. For the price you can't beat purchasing this if you want a semi sporty watch with a classy look. I didn't think I would like the rubber band but its a nice change from my leather/steel band watches. My only nit picky thing about this watch is the band is kind of like pre shaped. So you'll have to wear the watch a lot to get the band to form to your wrist.This Invicta watch is an attractive timepiece, much more so than the photos might suggest. It is also very large and has a substantial heft to it...if you like a smaller face light weight watch this isn't for you.That being said, I love this watch. I have a large wrist and it spans it nicely. Chrongraph works, date function is unobtrusive and second hand is clearly visible.Watch band required a break-in of a couple of weeks, but hopefully that will pay off in long term durability.Only negative I can think of is the watch has no luminesence and is not easily read at night.This is my daily watch. I am pretty tough on it and it's been really good. I really like the size of it. My wrist is usually makes other watches look small, but not this one. My only issue is that, because I have it almost to the end of the band the watch tends to twist outwards, but I have gotten used to it doing it and don't really think about it anymore.Very nice - I like the style of the dials, very automotive. The band is comfortable and the buttons are easy to use. The only complaint that I have is that the dials for the stopwatch are small and difficult to read accurately. If you need a "serious" stopwatch, this probably isn't the watch for you. Other than that, I love it and I'm very happy with my new watch!This watch has one of the nicest looking faces that I have owned. However the band is very uncomfortable for my wrist. The band comes down at say a 45 degree angle and is unmovable so it pinches my wrist. This watch is not made for semi-wide wrists let alone someone with a wide wrist. The watch is top quality otherwise and I'm too pleased with all the compliments I get to return. But the band makes wearing this watch for more than an hour or two very painful.Great watch and looks good to..
